GRAIN DOSER/ WHEAT MEASURER
The wheat measurer is a machine which does periodically a volumetric quantity of grain. The dosimeters are used in flour mills and grain silos for the measuring of various kinds of grain and raw materials in a prescribed mixing ratio. It is employed for the discharge of cereal silo bins, with the purpose of obtaining volumetric blends desired.
AUTOMATIC DAMPENING SYSTEM

Automatic dampening system is utilized for naturally moist wheat which is automatically and continuously dampened to the required moisture content in the milling process. Automatically measures and monitors the moisture content of grains to be processed, guaranteeing precise and best performance of final desired grain moisture. The values of the initial and required moisture content are transmitted to the electronic system of the water proportioning unit to achieve desired results.
VIBRATING ASPIRATOR

Vibrating aspirator is used for separating lighter impurities in grain cleaning units, by way of exhaust on grains and sensitive air adjustment. It is used principally for the removal of husks and other such light impurities from wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn (maize), intermediate corn products, cocoa, beans, peanuts etc. It is ideal for small surface requirements with compact dimensions, easy adjustment and control. Due to the adjustable aspiration gap the machine is adaptable for nearly any product.
MAGNET SEPERATOR

Magnet separator is used in the cleaning house or prior to milling for removing ferrous (metallic) particles like nails, wire, screws etc. from grain stream efficiently. The stock stream is distributed evenly over the entire width of the apparatus with the aid of a flap and flows over a permanent magnet, onto which the metallic parts cling. It results in maximum separation of the metal in spite of the short magnets.
