DRUM DETACHER
This machine is used for the gentle disruption of endosperm flakes
without disintegrating any bran and germ particles present, obtained
after the reduction rolls thus aiding in the production of the
flour. The stock to be detached is fed through the inlet direct
to the rotor. It is seized by the floating beaters and hurled
against the inner surface of the jacket. Due to the pitch of
the beaters the stock is conveyed from the feed end towards the
discharge end of the machine. It increases flour releases without
causing any significant increase in ash or color.

IMPACT DETACHER/
ENTULATER
The machine is employed for detaching or breaking up any flakes
or agglomerations made in grinding by way of small pins and pressure
units used between the reduction rolls and their following redressers.
The machine is installed immediately after the roller mils; the
product is conveyed towards the center of the impeller. Then
it is carried and centrifuged by the pins. In the impact produced
both between pin to pin as well as against the annular fixed
wall the endosperm flakes are detached and broken up.

CENTRI-FUGAL SIFTER
The centri- fugal sifter is used for sifting and re-bolting of
various products such as maize (corn) products, flour, besan
(gram flour) and preliminary sifting of break. The machine is
made of sheet steel equipped with a horizontally supported beater
rotor which is surrounded by an easily exchangeable jacket (wire
mesh).

REBOLTER OR MINI-SIFTER
The machine is built for flour redressing and chakki plant .It
is similar in operation and construction to a square sieve plan
sifter, having sieves mounted on boxes stacked on top of each
other, the usual number being 10-12 with 4 or 2 inlets. The whole
stack rotates in a horizontal plain which supplies the sieving
and conveying motions for the stock in the machine.

HAMMER MILL/REFRACTION
GRINDER
The hammer mill which is a high speed grinder can produce fine
meal from a great variety of raw materials than any other type
of machines. The swinging hammers also give it the unique advantage
that the accidental entry of some foreign object, such as nut
or bolt, seldom causes the serious damage that would almost inevitably
occur in a machine with rigid beaters: the worst that usually
happens is the bursting of the screen, which can be replaced
without difficulty or delay. On the other hand hammer mills work
at extremely high speeds the largest running at about 3000 r.p.m

BRAN SLICER /CUTTER
Bran cutter is utilized to reduce large bran flakes from soft
and durum wheat. The coarse bran coming from the bran finishers
enters the machine through a feeding hopper. The special arrangement
of the cutting knives assures a regular distribution of the bran
along the whole length of the cover, with maximum cutting efficiency
and high level of homogeneity of the product obtained. The finished
product is ejected through the openings by centrifugal action.

VIBRATING BIN
DISCHARGER
Vibrating bin discharger is suitable for trouble free extraction/discharge
of granulated, sluggish bulk products and free flowing products
like flour, semolina, bran etc. from storage silo bins. Supplies
easy flow and homogeneous mixture, prevents sudden collapsing
of the bulk product in the silo. Vibration is made by vibro motor
with adjustable oscillations to supply a proper flow and discharge.
The fitted- rubber on the machine isolates the vibration.

AIR LOCKING
DEVICE
The air locking devices are produced in 3 types and 2 versions
(with or without drive). The air locking device are used for
partition of the over pressure space from that of atmospheric
pressure. Simultaneously, it serves for discharge of stock from
over pressure space into atmospheric one. They are mostly used
in flour and feed mills as part of pneumatic conveying system

Air locking device is a rotary
device for separating two zones at different pressures while
transferring stock from one zone to another by means of revolving
pockets. They are perfectly air tight in order to optimize separation
