BUCKET ELEVATORS
Bucket elevator is
an endless belt or chain to which equally spaced buckets are
attached, which elevates material and discharges the contents
of the buckets at the top into a spout or other receiver. It
is used for carrying all kinds of
granulated (like rice, wheat, corn, sunflower seed, malt etc.)
and powdered material vertically. Also it keeps the system rigid,
handles grain gently and the modular design ensures perfect fitment. |

BELT CONVEYERS
Belt conveyers are so far the simplest, most reliable and also
the most economical means of handling materials in large and
small volumes. They are specifically used for materials where
pollution between products must be avoided. The transportation
is in a linear manner, without any jolts and is safe for fragile
products. The conveyers can carry very heavy load with minimum
power consumption. |
CHAIN CONVEYERS
Chain conveyers are designed to horizontally convey all loose
products like dry and moist grains, seeds, fodder, powders, sugar,
coffee, beans, rice, soya, flour etc. over long distance. It
moves the material swiftly, efficiently and with least damage.
Material is fed past the upper return chains and then it falls
into the trough bottom, where the lower chain moves it and forwards
it to the discharge side. |
SCREW CONVEYERS
A screw conveyer consists of a conveyer screw supported by bearings
which is rotated inside housing. The most common use is for transfer
of dry solids horizontally although it may be used to convey
at any angle up to and including 90 degrees vertically. The conveyers
designed are for practically all applications, materials and
capacities. Screw conveyers permit economic and safe conveyance
of grains and milling products. |
PNEUMATIC CONVEYING
SYSTEM
Pneumatic conveying system is used for vertical conveying of
different grades & sizes of wheat flour in different stages.
The actual movement of air within the pipe lines of the pneumatic
transport system is provided by high pressure fan which conveys
and elevates the material in the installations. |

SPOUTING
The modular spout tubing system has been designed for downwards
conveyance of gravity flowing materials as grain, flour mill
products, offals from grain cleaning and milling and others.
Tubing can be also used in other industries of similar character
e.g. in food and chemical plants for products of similar properties
to those of flour milling.
Sizes: the spout tubing system is made in
following sizes- 100, 120 mm |

AIR JET FILTER
Air jet filter is highly efficient and suited for a wide range
of applications under difficult working conditions. It is specifically
suitable for filtering air in centralized exhaust and pneumatic
conveying systems. |
