APPLICATION

OPERATION
The grain is fed through the feed glass via a distributor and is spread over the whole length of feed rolls. The feed rolls supply the product from hopper into pitch of rolls. The gap between the rolls is adjusted according to the type of product and grain size. The rolls of each pair rotate in opposite direction with different peripheral velocities. The degree of breaking of the product by the rolls depends on their differential speed ratio and the magnitude of the relative velocity of the fast grinding roll. The milled product is discharged from the outlet hopper after grinding.
