APPLICATION
Intensive scourer is principally utilized for superficial cleaning, (dry as well as wet) to remove soil dust, sand, pin oats, small seeds, hulls and reduction of bacterial and insect fragment count etc. It partly removes the grain beard, germ and superficial grain layers.

OPERATION
The grain is fed tangentially to the rotor which throws the grain against the scouring jacket. The intensive whirling creates a frictional action of rotor beaters, the sieve and kernels one to each other and releases impurities, which then fall out through perforation into an outlet hopper.
