Bran finisher detaches
adhering endosperm particles from the bran with a fractional
composition ranging from 50 to 300 µm. The machine is employed
in the last stages of the break system, for the separation of
floury endosperm remainders from grain husks in coarse wheat
products due to strong impacts of beating rotor and rubbing against
sieve segment shall surface.
OPERATION
The machine is built with a conveyor at the inlet for evenly
distributing the product flow. The rotor is equipped with rotating
wings on the shaft which ensure the motion of material on internal
sieving jacket, performing vibration rotation movement. Materials
inside is so sorted into two fractions and at the same time the
tailings are discharged. The sifted material is unloaded via
two distinct hoppers to separate the first quality flour from
flour of inferior quality.
